Scouting preparation
A badly prepared scouting trip is two weeks of holiday that decide nothing. A well prepared one is ten days that answer the question. The difference is made before you leave.
The problem
Why most scouting trips settle nothing
You arrive, you are dazzled, it is 28 degrees and the water is turquoise. You go home convinced. Six months later you discover freight costs, the connection at 7 pm, the price of butter and the silence on Sundays. The trip tested nothing — it confirmed a wish.
You do not know what to ask
“Is the internet good?” always gets a yes. “Which service is already installed at this address, and may I run a speed test now?” gets a real answer.
You meet nobody
You meet tourism professionals, whose job is to please you. Not people who live here all year.

You book everything yourself
I tell you what to book and when. You contract directly with airlines, hosts and hire companies. Nothing but my own fee passes through me, so there is no intermediary margin on your trip.
Fee
€450 — flat, and credited
If you go on to book on-the-ground support within six months, the €450 is deducted from that invoice. Preparation is therefore never an extra cost, only an earlier one.
What is not included
Your flights, accommodation, vehicle, meals and insurance. None of it passes through me. The fee covers my preparation work only.
